Harold H. Knapp

Harold H. Knapp, age 81, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at home. He was born on July 18, 1934 to Ralph and Virginia (Barber) Knapp in Toledo. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War for two tours. Harold was a truck driver for many years before retiring. He enjoyed playing cards, Bingo, dancing and taking walks anywhere. Harold loved spending time with his family, especially his brothers and nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Juanita Hawthorne. Harold is survived by his loving brothers, Ralph, Bill (Robin) and John (Carol) Knapp; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Graveside Services will take place on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Township Cemetery, Millbury, OH. The Newcomer Funeral Home – NW Chapel, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
