Gregory A. 'Greg' Bradley, age 65, passed away Tuesday, April 20th, 2010 at The Toledo Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 17th, 1944 to Harold and Margaret (Sheets) Bradley in Toledo, Ohio. Greg worked for Art Iron for 15 years as a welder and he most recently worked for ShortWay charter bus as a driver, prior to retiring. He was a Past-President of the Union Shop Local # 499. Greg loved the sport of hockey and he was a devout Detroit Red Wings fan. He coached travel hockey for 15 years and Central Catholic High School Hockey for 4 years. Greg was a loving and supportive husband, father and PaPa. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was always one for a good practical joke.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Mary Lynn (Schenck) Bradley; mother-in-law, Dorothy Schenck; children, Tracy (Michael) Gregory, Heather (Mike) Muszynski and Derek (Heather) Bradley; grandchildren, Traci, Tony, Morganne, Colleen, Derek and Dylan; sister, Deaner (Jim) Baer; Aunt Aldean Sarkisian and many nieces and a nephew.
The family will receive guests Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral services will begin Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of a donor's choice.
