Gordon Arnold, age 63, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2005 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was born December 25, 1941 to William and Mae Decker. Gordon was formally the owner of Arnold Hauling & Concessions. He was a member of the Wheelers Motorcycle Club, of Toledo. He loved to make money, the way he loved his women.
Gordon is survived by his loving wife, Roxanna; children: Tina (Don) Bower, Paul (Sherri), Donald, Ken (Wendi), Keith (Tammy), James, David (Rhonda), Larry (Rhonda), Michael, Laken, Tylor, Kim, Chris, and Jennifer Arnold; 20 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; mother: Mae Decker; sister: Sandra (David) Ries, Marasha (Bob) Birmingham; brother: Paul (Kristie) Decker; aunt: Ruthie Roy; and dearest friend and family: Jim Caris. He was preceded in death by his father, and grandparents, Tillie and Lester Sheldon.
The family will receive guests on Tuesday, July 26, 2005 from 2-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) and again on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service begins at 11:00 a.m. at the Neapolis Church of Christ, on the corner of Main and Central, Neapolis, OH 43547. Minister Thomas Bates officiating.
