Glenn Spradlin, Sr.

Glenn J. Spradlin, Sr., age 80, of Toledo, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, October 24, 2007 in his home. He was born on June 27, 1927 to Calvin and Eva (Parton) Spradlin in Sevierville, TN. Glenn was employed with Hale Chrome Service as a chrome plater for about 50 years before retiring in 2002. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 brother. Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 38 years: Pat Spradlin; children: Cheryl, Glenn Jr., David (Darlene) and Dean (Luci) Spradlin; 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; step-children: Frank Keefer, Robert (Claudia), Richard, and Sam (Kelly) Losek; 12 step grandchildren; 10 step great grandchildren; sister: Ruth Ogle; and brother: Ralph Spradlin.

The family will receive guests on Monday, October 29, 2007 in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) from 2 – 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
