Glen Miller

Glen Eugene Miller, age 83, of Sylvania, passed away November 30, 2014 at Ebeid Hospice Residence surrounded by his family. Glen was born October 26, 1931 in Hamler, OH to Sylvia Jane Ball. He graduated from Scott High School in 1950 and afterwards proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy as a corpsman. He worked for Clifford C. Loss builders and as a Mortgage and Loan specialist for various companies . Glen was a member of the NRA and the Adams Conservation Club. He was a creator and enjoyed making firearms, knives, clocks, and his cabin in the woods. Glen was also an avid photographer and enjoyed spending time in the outdoors.

In addition to his parents, Glen was also preceded in death by his sister Joyce Davis. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Norma J. (Sampsel) Miller, daughters Susan A. (Tim) Badman and Amy L. (Rick) Westphal, son Jeff A. (Tracy)Miller, sister Mary Barnes, grandchildren Wendy (Pat) Measles, Kori (Carlos) Martins, Brian (Jill) Golatka, Alex Miller and Haley Miller, along with 7 great grandchildren.

Per Glen's wishes there will be no funeral services.
