Gilbert M. Davis, age 68, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020. He was born in Toledo, Ohio September 29, 1951 to the late Melvin and Norma Davis.
Gilbert enjoyed history, reading, gardening, and was an avid Green Bay Packers and Ohio State Buckeye fan. He graduated from Clay High School in 1970 and later received his associates degree from Owens Technical College. Gilbert was employed at Jeep for over 35 years and a member of the UAW. He attended Zoar Lutheran Church in Perrysburg, Ohio.
Left to cherish Gilbert's memory is his wife Christine; sister, Betsy Warner; nephew, Craig (Lacey) Warner; and great-nephew, Noah Warner.
Due to the current circumstances, services for Gilbert are private. He will be laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions made in Gilbert's name, can be made out to Bridge Hospice at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, Ohio.
