Geraldine V. Mills

Geraldine V. "Jerry" Mills, age 81, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2008 at the Kingston Care Center. She was the daughter of Ruth Strain, born on August 21, 1927 in Primrose, Ohio. Jerry was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church for many years. She worked in retail sales for many years. Jerry loved doing crafts of all sorts. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband for pleasure and business.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband Clare Mills. Jerry is survived by her son, Dennis (Cynthia) DeGolier; daughter, Jacquelyn (Victor) Kubiak; grandchildren, Kristen (Kenny Jr.), Ed (Lynn) and Rich (Trish); great-grandchildren, Katy, Shelby, Adam, Aaron, Courtney, Nathan and Jacob.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, September 28, 2008 from 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. at Memorial Lutheran Church with Memorial Services beginning at 1:30 p.m. The Newcomer Funeral Home (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
