Georgianna E. Heffner

Georgianna E. Heffner, age 96, of Toledo, passed away November 24, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. Georgia was born in Tiffin to Roy and Jennie (Valentine) Ekleberry. She enjoyed reading and word search. Loved going to bingo and being with her grandchildren. Georgia enjoyed collecting dolls.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving children; Carolyn "Sue" M. Heffner, Dick L. Heffner and Elbert D. Heffner; sister, Roseland Hardin, 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Georgia was preceded in death by her son, Robert Heffner; daughters-in-law, Sandra and Linda Heffner and 9 siblings.
The family will receive guests Friday, November 29, 2013 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 10:00 am. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Toledo Humane Society in Georgia's memory.
