George Ghesquiere, I

George Edward Ghesquiere I, age 53, of Lambertville, Michigan, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2007 in his home. He was born June 2, 1953 to Charles and Alberta (Geffrion) Ghesquiere. George was an outgoing person who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a talented carpenter and took pride in his work. George also loved to cook and bake for his family.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Marge and Mary. George is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Pat A. (Caldwell) Ghesquiere; sons, George II (Jennifer); Dale and Chad Ghesquiere; daughters, Tracey (Steve) Smith and Crystal (Tom) Kordowski; grandchildren, Collin and Melinda Ghesquiere and Joshua and Jesse Smith; brother, Chuck; mother-in-law, Betty Caldwell and brothers-in-law, Mark (Nisha) and Bruce Caldwell.

The family will receive guests Wednesday at Echo Meadows Church of Christ, 2905 Starr Ave. Oregon, OH at 11:00 a.m. for a Memorial Service to celebrate George's life.

In tribute to George, Memorial Contributions are asked to be made to his family to benefit his grandchildren's education funds.
