George D. Asay, age 22, of Erie, Michigan passed away unexpectedly Saturday,
March 3, 2012. He was born September 21, 1989 in Midland, Michigan to George and Jeanette Asay. George loved working at Chipolte Restaurant on Secor and Central Ave, and enjoyed playing video games.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Olivia and Mariah; father, George Asay; step-mother, Tricia Asay; grandparents, Joann and Gary Scully, Alberta and Skip Peterson, Jim and Joan Ratliff; brothers and sisters, Jermey, Christina, Richard, Denny, Brook, Shian, Billy, Kaia and Sophia; girlfriend, Paige Pinski and many aunts and uncles. George was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Livernois.
The family will receive guests Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, (419-473-0300).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation in George's memory.
