Gaylene Botzko

Gaylene Botzko, age 52, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 4, 1955 to Charles and Mary (Masterson) Botzko in Toledo. Gaylene loved all animals, especially horses. She enjoyed camping and was a member of the 4H club for many years. Gaylene will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Phillip and Warren Botzko. Gaylene is survived by her siblings: Charles (Karen) Botzko, Jeff Botzko, Sue (Don) Ekleberry and Jim (Lynn) Botzko; 8 nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Friday from 2 – 6:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Don Ekleberry.
