Gail "Sue" Taber, age 73, of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully September 25, 2014 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Sue was born June 8, 1941 in Toledo, Ohio to Earl and Mary (Wintersmith) Morse. The greatest love of Sue's life was her family.
Sue is survived by her husband of 54 years, George W. Taber, Sr., children, George, Jr. (Tina), Toni (Kent) and Chris (Fay); daughter-in-law, Kim; grandchildren, Nick, Brittany, Marwa, Katie, Nadia, Mo, Madison, Tyler, Mimi, Trevor, Zane and Abe; great grandchildren, Taylor, Brody and Tessa; siblings, Iva, Shirley, Marlene, Beverly, Tony, Sunday and John. In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her beloved son, Brian; and siblings, Bob, Buddy, Tom, Skip, Butch and Jim.
The family will receive guests Monday, September 29, 2014 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 10:00 am. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to ALS Association or Susan G. Komen of Northwest Ohio in Sue's memory.
