Freda M. Halcomb, age 67, of Toledo, Ohio passed away December 27, 2016 at her home. She was born January 22, 1949 in Toledo to Paul and Loretta (Bacon) Pressnell. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Freda will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Freda is survived by her children, Rachel (John Hoak) Miller, Matt (Chrisa) Halcomb, Jubal (Michelle) Halcomb, Callie (Tony) McCown and Tracy Halcomb; 17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Freda was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Halcomb and sister, Carol Shrader.
The family will receive guests, Friday, December 30, 2016 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 6:00 pm in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Freda's memory.
