Frank Williams, age 64, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away August 5, 2015 at Flower Hospital surrounded by his loving children, after fighting the battle with cancer. He was born on September 12, 1950.
Frank worked for Libbey Owens Ford for 20 years. He then started his own business, F.W. Concrete where he was currently working. Frank enjoyed helping his elderly neighbors with yardwork and handyman work.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jeff (Patty) Williams and Tina Belville; mother, Ruth; brothers, Dave and Jim; grandsons, Tyler and Weston Belville and best friend, Kevin Farkas. He was preceded in death by his father, William.
