Frank Alvin Belcher

Frank Alvin Belcher age 74 of Toledo went to be with the Lord on August 27, 2024. Frank was born in Monroe County, West Virginia on March 25, 1950 to James and Mary (Robinson) Belcher. He was a longtime resident of Toledo and owned and operated Rock Solid Construction until his retirement.

Frank was one of 7 children. He will be remembered as an amazing husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was always smiling, laughing, and helping those in need. Most importantly, Frank was a born-again Christian. He believed in repenting, baptism and the gift of the holy ghost. He wanted that gift for all he loved and knew. 

Surviving is his children, Frank (Dawn) Belcher Jr., Robert Belcher, Timothy (Megan) Belcher, Michelle Belcher, Rachel (Dave) Brasher , Lee (Crystal) Gibson, Jennifer (Nicholas) Adams, Amanda (Adrian) Masuca, Stephanie Thomson and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also surviving is his siblings, Jim (Stella) Belcher, Nancy (Jamie) Shirey, Martha (Robert) Jones, Mary Sue (Joe) Niestory, Sandy (Mike) Workman and Paul (Judy) Belcher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of over 20 years, Rose Belcher; 

A memorial service to celebrate Frank’s life will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Frist Apostolic Church, 5701 W. Sylvania Ave., Toledo, OH 43623. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home (West Sylvania Chapel).
