Francisco H. Martinez

Francisco H. Martinez, age 93, of Maumee, Ohio, passed away on November 22, 2024, at Arbors of Sylvania. Born on September 17, 1931, in Waldo, Texas, Francisco was the beloved son of the late Federico and Miquela (Hiracheta) Martinez.

A proud veteran, Francisco dedicated his early years to serving in the United States Army, embodying the values of courage and commitment that have always defined the spirit of his family. Throughout his life, he was a pillar of strength and love, sharing a deep devotion to family that was evident in everything he did.

Francisco cherished the moments spent with his children and loved ones, and he will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. 

He is survived by his loving children: Oralia Martinez, Orelia Martinez, Francisca Martinez, Maria Martinez, Frank Martinez, and Corrina Martinez, along with many other relatives and friends who carry fond memories of him.

A memorial service honoring Francisco's life will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 1:00 pm, at St. Peter and Paul Church, located at 738 S St Clair St, Toledo, Ohio 43609.

His legacy of love and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those he touched.
