Frances N.(Sniadecki) Clinton

Frances N. (Sniadecki) Clinton, age 62, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 7, 1953 to Arnold and Rachel (McDonald) Harmeyer in Port Clinton, OH. Frances volunteered at UTMC for over 18 years where she directed patients and families. She was a lifetime member of Echo Meadows Church of Christ, People First of Toledo and The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio. Frances loved cats, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, David Sniadecki and Bruce Clinton; son, David Sniadecki II; and brother-in-law, Bob Knappins II. Frances is survived by her loving sisters, Paulette (Raymond) Smietana and Mary Anne Knappins; nieces and nephews, Marie, Paige (Carl), Kim (Tim), Robert (Deena), Christopher (Veronica); great-nieces & nephews, Brie, Olivia, Joshua, Jennifer, Averie, Lil Rob, Bryon and Lil Christopher; great great nephew, Baby J; special friend, Jorita Fox; and many dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, January 10, 2016 from 3 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Monday at 12:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
