Frances Marcille Berning

Frances Marcille Berning, age 82, of Toledo, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2005 at the Toledo Hospital. She was born on December 7, 1922 in North Baltimore, OH, the youngest daughter of Loy and Ida "Toy" (Downham) McKee. Frances was a member of St. Clement Catholic Church for 47 years.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Joseph Berning, brothers: Don, Orville, Rolland, Lee and Harold, and sisters: Estella, Marian and Mildred.
Frances is survived by her children: Cheryl (Ed) Jaquillard, Joe (Nancy) Berning, Robin Robare and Trudy (Pat) Wireman; grandchildren: Mark, Jeff, Jennifer, Natalie, Scott and Marty; sister: Margaret McKee; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) Wednesday, November 16, 2005 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. Services will begin Thursday at 9:15 a.m. in the funeral home followed with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church. Father Ed Littelmann officiating. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
