Forrest W. "Frosty" Swick Sr.
Forrest W. "Frosty" Swick Sr., 51, of Toledo died at his residence Friday April 30, 2004. He was born in Toledo December 31, 1952 the son of the late Andrew and Thelma (Barlett) Swick. He was employed as a service technician for Mr. Gas for eight years. He was the President of the Wheelers M.C.
Survivors include his loving wife Donna Sue Swick; daughters Angel Rhoads, and Dawn Feaster; sons Andrew (Amy) Swick, and Forrest (Amber Beck) Swick Jr.; ten grandchildren; brothers Rick (Nancy) Swick, and Thomas Shrader Sr.; many nieces and nephews; friends and family; Bobbi Swick; many club brothers and sisters. (WFFW).
The family will receive friends Wednesday at 5:30 P.M. at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419)473-0300 with a memorial service to follow at 6:30 P.M. officiated by Ricochet.
