Fermin Juarez, 72, of Toledo, passed away December 18, 2020 at St Charles Mercy Hospital surrounded by his loving wife and children. Fermin was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico on August 17, 1948 to Amador and Maria Ines Juarez.
Fermin was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He was known by family and friends for having a playful, joyful, generous and loving heart always willing to help those in need. Fermin was a devoted Christian at La Primera Iglesia Bautista and dedicated 32 years to Jeep where he was loved and cherished by all those he came across. As a sports fan, he was once a fan of the St. Louis Rams until he was converted to the Dallas Cowboys by a few of his children, followed by The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Indians.
Fermin was preceded in death by his parents, Amador & Maria Ines Urbina de Juarez; siblings, Dominga Castro, Andrea, San Juana, Maria de la Luz, Refugio (Victoria) Juarez, Maria de los Angeles; and daughter-in-law, Brenda Curran.
Fermin's life and memory will be celebrated by his wife, Maria Juarez; children, Yarida, Santiago, Julio (Alyssa), Joseluis (Kellie); grandchildren, Brianna, Santiago M., Emilio, Miles, Xavier; siblings, Ezequiel (Florencia) Juarez, Francisco (Gorgonia) Juarez, Petra Sherey, Guera (Miguel) Martinez, Calino (Oscar) Campos Juarez, Eleazar Campos Juarez, Ismael (Mayo) Campos Juarez; many nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters in Christ that he loved very much; and his 11 loyal dogs!
The family will receive guests Saturday, December 26, 2020 from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900), where cherished memories can be shared throughout the duration of vistitaion. Funeral Services will be private due to limited capacity.
