Everett was active in the performing arts, studying dance and piano as a child. He was a talented actor, singer, and percussionist. Everett had a passion for music and was known around town for playing the congas and inspiring "booty shaking" dance parties.
As CEO and Executive Director of Innovator Entertainment Group, he was a promoter of many local artists, and was MC for multiple events. He was also known for his "voice-overs" for both local and Bay Area TV commercials.
Ev was a self-proclaimed top notch "raconteur," who had stories for days. He was described by friends and family as "one of a kind." He was a bright light, a shining star, who lived life to the fullest. He was known to have a good sense of humor, a wonderful smile and laugh. Ev had great taste in clothing, took pride in his wardrobe, and loved his Adidas fashion.
Ev was full of worldly knowledge, gleaned from his days as a student at Maumee Valley Country Day School, St. John's High School, University of Toledo and Laney College; as well as his adventures out West, living in such places as Big Sky, Montana, Seattle, Washington; Portland, Oregon; and the San Francisco Bay Area.
