Evelyn F. Clark, age 94, of Toledo, passed away December 31, 2019 at Ridgewood Manor. Evelyn was born December 1, 1925 in Sylvania to Leo and Catherine (Smith) Konz, Sr. She was employed with The Toledo Hospital for 16 years before retiring. Evelyn was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church, St. Clement Catholic Church and Eleanor Kahle Senior Center. She loved to bake, cook, crochet, play cards and enjoyed spending time with family and friends

She is survived by her son, Rodney J. (Laura) Clark, siblings, Clayton (JoAnn) Konz, Orvel (Elaine) Konz, Carol Groenleer, Thomas (Amy) Konz, grandchildren, Rebecca, Carrie, Joshua and Lydia; step-grandchildren, Ron, Connie, Mike, Joe, Cathe, Cindi, Chrissie, David, Jr., Shelley, Doug, Dawn, Allen, Carl William, Andrea, Carl III; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews

In addition to her parents, she is preceded n death by her husbands, Bill Williamson and Carl Clark Sr.; siblings, Leo Konz Jr., Jerry Konz, Jean Gallup and Janet Pollauf; step children, Jacquelin Cronin, David Clark Sr. and Carl Clark Jr.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Zoar Lutheran Church 314 E Indiana Ave. Perrysburg.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice in Evelyn's memory.
