Eva Darlene Esterline

Eva Darlene Esterline, age 84, of Toledo, passed away September 8, 2021 at her home. She was born March 3, 1937 in Mansfield Center, OH to James and Lola (Greenwood) Mehl. Eva enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casinos.
In addition to her parents, Eva was also preceded in death by her grandson, Uriah Esterline and siblings, James Mehl and Jo Ann Gracyk. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Eugene "Gene" Esterline; children, Theresa Zacharias, Gene (Layne Kopp) Esterline II and Shelley (Benjamin Betts) Esterline; grandchildren, Sarah (Matt) Brubaker, Samantha (Todd) Colvin, Lucas (Lauren) Shammo, Eugene (Ashley) Esterline III, Dion Esterline and Hunter Heath; great-grandchildren, Logan Esterline, Andrew Esterline, Brody Brubaker, Mason Brubaker, Levi Colvin, Olivia Colvin, Brooklyn Esterline, Grayson Esterline, Skylar Esterline, Owen Shammo and Hailey Shammo; and siblings, Sue (Ray) Swan, Ted Keil and Larry (Linda) Keil.
The family will receive guests Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900).
The family would like to thank Layne Kopp and the nurses and staff of Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their loving care of Eva.
