Eula Hill

Eula Hill, age 88, a longtime resident of Toledo, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2007 in Harborside of Point Place. She was born July 27, 1918 to Joe and Josie Grant in Barbersville, Kentucky. Eula enjoyed cooking and being outside caring for her gardens. Most importantly, she cherished the time she was able to spend with her family.

In addition to her parents, Eula was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Truman Hill; son, William Jones and grandson, Danny Chandler. She is survived by her loving children, Joe Jones; Fay Goodman; Delores Newman; Cheryl Voll; Sandra Chandler; Helen Hill and Don Bailey; grandchildren, Douglas Chandler; Greg; Teresa; Kevin and Bryan Jones and Ricky and Pam Goodman.

The family will receive guests Sunday from 2-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will be Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Chaplain Merry Rader. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
