Eugene Buck

Eugene "Bud" Buck, of Petersburg, Michigan, died Monday, August 4, 2008. Bud was born March 7, 1932 in Berkey, Ohio to Perry A. and Anna (Miller) Buck. Bud attended Macomber High School, was an accomplished pilot, a certified scuba diver and a member of the United States Navy for seven years. Bud participated in Boy Scouts Troop #24 and was instrumental in developing Eagle Scouts - including his two sons.

Bud is survived by his wife and soul mate of 51 years, Joyce A. (Hubbard) Buck; children, Greg Buck (Julie) and Jeff Buck (Michelle); brother, Joe Buck; sister-in-law, Mary Buck; sister, Theresa Donovan and many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and countless extended family members and friends. Bud was preceded in death by his parents and brother, William Buck.

Our family is saddened by this sudden and great loss. Bud will be missed.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, August 11, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Sylvania.
