Elsie Braden Tipton

Elsie Grace Braden Tipton, age 82, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2015. Elsie was born September 29, 1932 in Harlan, Kentucky to Benjamin and Eunice (Roberts) Hawkins. She was a bartender for over forty years in the North End of Toledo. Elsie was a member of Indian Bluff Baptist Church in Briceville,TN.
In addition to her parents, Elsie was also preceded in death by her loving husbands Carson and Harold. She is survived by her daughter, Judy (David Clouse) Seibers, son, Carlis (Glenda) Braden, son, Tony Braden, daughter, Theresa (Terry) Pinson, daughter, Carolyn (Kevin) Hoot, son, James (Connie) Tipton, 4 sisters and 1 brother along with life long best friend Cleta Long, 21 Grandchildren and 26 Great-Grandchildren.
The family will receive guests Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - NW Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Monday at 10:00 am. in the funeral home followed by burial at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
