Elizabeth Williams

Elizabeth Williams, age 71, of Toledo passed away on August 1, 2016 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Elizabeth was born in Mechanisburg, Ohio on August 16, 1944 to Alonzo and Olive (Blackburn) Garrett. A homemaker all her life, she was an avid garage sales shopper and loved to spend time with family, especially her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 31 years, Ray; son, John G. (Becky) Garrett; daughter, Margie E. (Willie) Barry; daughter, Della S. Garrett; daughter, Rebecca Bryant; 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; sister, Sandra S. Parsons and Shirley A. Jankowski. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, James E. Davis; brother, Elson L. Parsons and sister, Della M. Tribble.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo. A memorial service will be held on Friday beginning at 6:00 pm.
