Eleanore Ann Abbott
September 22, 1929 — February 4, 2017
Eleanore Ann Abbott, age 87, of Holland, Ohio passed away February 4, 2017 at Heartland of Waterville after a four year battle with dementia. She was born September 22, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio to John and Matilda Kostalak. Ellie loved to paint, decorate cakes, needle point and reading.
Ellie is survived by her sons, Dennis (Valerie) Abbott and Bryan (Patricia) Abbott; and grandchildren, Vic and Clare Abbott. In addition to her parents, Ellie was preceded in death by her husband, C.M. "Neil" Abbott and sister, Jean Bishop.
Private services will be held by the family at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Toledo Area Humane Society or Heartland Hospice in Ellie's memory.
