Eleanor J. Murphy
Eleanor J. Murphy, age 69, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2009 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. She was born on July 8, 1939 to Glen and Edith (Copland) Murphy in Toledo. Eleanor loved to crochet and do embroidery.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her uncle Jim Murphy and aunts, Hazel Vermett, Violet Kibbey and Pearl Curtis. Eleanor is survived by her loving sister, Edna Ball; and nephew, James Ball.
The family will receive guests on Thursday from 4 – 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Those wishing to make monetary donations are asked to consider a charity of the donor's choice.
