Elaine Mae Johnson
Elaine Mae Johnson, 85, of Toledo went home to Glory Thursday April 29, 2004 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born April 17, 1919 in Toledo the daughter of the now deceased Ralph and Lillian (Grubb) Myers. Elaine was a homemaker, and was also employed as caregiver to Rose Birkenkamp. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
She is survived by son Gary Wegener; daughters Doreen Younts, and Cindy Miller; grandchildren Robert, Casey, Matthew, Daniel, John, Stephen, and Stephanie; great-grandchildren MacKenzie, Kaylyn, Jake, and Bradean. She was preceded in death by two sisters.
The family will receive friends Monday from 3:00 to 8:30 P.M. at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home 4150 W. Laskey (419) 473-0300. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. Interment will be in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family requests tribute be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg.
