Elaine Clark

Elaine Alice Clark, age 71, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 2, 2009 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born June 17, 1938 in Manchester, Connecticut. She married the love of her life, Ora Clark on November 10, 1958 in Battleboro, VT. He preceded her in death on December 26, 2008. Elaine spent the last two months of her life enjoying it. She had experience of living at Windsor Lane Health Care in Gibsonburg, OH. There she was able to socialize and she enjoyed sitting out in the sun.

Elaine is survived by her loving children, Robin Minkowski, of TN; Theresa (Michael) Vasko, of Sylvania; James (Lola) Clark, of Maumee; Brenda (Russell) Norris, of Wauseon; Carol (John) Oberdier, of Toledo; and Sharon (Ernie) Tagle, of Toledo; 17 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and sister, Louise (Larry) Moss, of Florida.

The family will receive guests Tuesday from 2 - 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with Memorial Services beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Toledo Humane Society or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

God saw that you were getting tired
