Earl Jay Kelley of Whitehouse, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022.
He was a retired Roofer and Waterproofer and a member of Local Union 134 for over 50 years completing his apprenticeship in 1967. There was nothing Earl loved more than getting to watch his grandchildren grow up but watching the Buckeyes play on Saturday afternoons ran a close second. He also enjoyed his early morning drives through Oak Openings Metropark, going out to the lake or just grabbing a coffee and sitting by the river.
Earls quick wit and sense of humor will be deeply missed by his two sons Bert (Michelle), Bret (Tabatha), and his "little girl" Tanya (Pete). He was affectionately referred to as Papa or Grampa and also left to cherish his memory are his grandchildren; Hunter, Jocelyn, Aaron, Bridgett, Amanda, Leigha, Kerra, Jamothy and 9 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his beloved brother Bobby and 3 great grandsons.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
