Earl R. Hoobler
Earl R. Hoobler, age 78, of Toledo, passed away Friday, October 24, 2008 at St. Charles Mercy Hospital. He was born April 21, 1930 to Earl and Georgann (Edwards) Hoobler in Toledo. Earl was employed with Yellow Freight Systems for 32 years, retiring in 1987. He was a member of Teamsters Local 20 for many years. Earl enjoyed riding motorcyles and working on model planes and cars.
He is survived by his loving wife, with whom he would have celebrated 59 years of marriage in November, Shirley A. (Hier) Hoobler; son, Robert W. (Les) Hoobler; daughter, Sheri Ulinski; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
At Earl's request there will be no visitation or services.
