Drew Allen Winhoven

Drew A. Winhoven, age 31, of Toledo, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018. He was trying to do the right thing after a car accident occurred and shortly passed away from injuries he had sustained. He was born on May 9, 1987 and was raised by his grandparents, James and Bernadette (Vollmar) Winhoven in Swanton. Drew was a graduate of Anthony Wayne High School and attended Penta Vocational Center. He enjoyed camping and cooking and had a wonderful outgoing personality - he was loved by lots!

Left to cherish his memory is his father, Jeff Winhoven; mother, Lisa Bundrick; grandfather, James Winhoven; aunts and uncles, Janine (Todd) Warnke, Todd (Sue) Winhoven, Wendy (Steve) Upton and Dina (Chris) Green; brothers, Brett and Travis Winhoven; partner, Thomas Haas; many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Bernadette and sister, Bethany.

The family will receive guests on Monday, September 24, 2018 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Drew's Funeral Service will begin in the funeral home on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
