Dorothy was a Tenant Association President for the Alpha Towers. Together they constructed multiple raised garden beds to supply fresh produce for the senior community.
Dorothy was a devoted member of the Church of New Beginnings for several years under the fellowship of the late Howard Blalark and now Pastor Aaron Roberts. Her Sundays were spent worshipping in the house of the Lord until she was no longer able to attend.
Dorothy loved spending time with her family and friends while sharing her joyous laughter and love with everyone she encountered. She always made sure you felt welcomed and knew that she was a listening ear while providing wisdom, encouragement, and prayer.
