Dorothy Tasnadi

Dorothy Tasnadi, age 81, of Sylvania, formerly of Toledo, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2007 at Lake Park Nursing Facility. She was born on March 20, 1926 to Julius and Pauline (Zurek) Konczewski in Toledo. Dorothy was a graduate of Woodward High School. She was a member of the Laryngectomy Cancer Club and enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Louis Konczewski and sisters Marie Kavish and Leona Rensch. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of almost 53 years, Edward Tasnadi; son: John (Heidi) Tasnadi; granddaughter: Megan Tasnadi; and nephew: Julius Rensch

The family will receive guests on Thursday, July 26, 2007 in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., (419-473-0300) from 4 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will begin Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
