Dorothy L. Hall

Dorothy L. "Dottie" Hall, age 59, of Toledo, OH, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 19, 2023 at home in her sleep. She was born on January 15, 1964 to Donald J. and Arvilla M. (Graetz) McDonald in Toledo. Dottie worked as an auto detailer for at Dave White for 25 years before retiring. She was an avid pool player and a member of Tri-County Pool League for several years. Dottie loved animals especially dogs. She enjoyed playing cards, mainly Euchre. Most importantly Dottie was a workaholic and was a giving soul. Her smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Jerry Hall and Mike Eller; and brothers, Glenn and James McDonald. Left to cherish Dottie's memory are her loving siblings, Bob (Deb) McDonald, Terry Carmon and Chuck (Sherry) McDonald; step-children, Kenneth Gattes and Jeremy Gattes;12 nieces and nephews; 12 great nieces and nephews; fur babies, Tennessee and Jazzy; and many dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
