Donna Jean Mitchell

Donna Mitchell, age 87, passed away on April 19, 2018. She was born on June 11, 1930 to the late Grace and Earl Gorsuch in Toledo, Ohio.
Donna started as a waitress in her family business known as Ranch House on Airport Hwy and worked banquets at the Crown Room and other area clubs. She retired from dietary at MCO where she worked for 20 years. Donna was active in the Mother of Twins Club.
The family was blessed to have her, she was always willing to lend a hand to babysit her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory are her twin daughters, Debra (Jim) Zacharias and Diane (Larry) Stuart; daughter, Dawn Edwards; grandchildren, Heidi, Heather, Troy, Andrea, Amber and Renel; 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bob, Joe, Earl, Jack, Bud and Tom; grandchildren, Tim and Todd Zacharias .
The family will receive guests at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900) on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 4-8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
