Donna M. Duncan

Donna M. (DiGregorio) Duncan, age 88, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Friday, April 15, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 30, 1928 to Clifford and Bessie (Baird) Bodkin in Toledo. Donna was a pharmacy technician with Lane Drug Store for over 15 years before retiring. After retiring she was a hostess at Wendy's, a food demonstrator at Foodtown and enjoyed delivering Meals on Wheels. Donna was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and the Bedford Senior Center. She played a snare drum in the Sylvania Senior Band for many years. Donna loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Ocker; and favorite son-in-law, James Berry. Donna is survived by her loving husband of almost 18 years, William Duncan; children, Joyce (Ron Fletcher) Whiteman, Judy Berry and James (Karen Rupp) DiGregorio; step-children, Greg Duncan, Susan (Greg) Hulett and William (Judy) Duncan; grandchildren, James (Ruth) Whiteman, Dorian (Kenny) Harmon, Lindsay (Terry) Collingsworth and Angela Rupp; step-grandson, Eric; great-grandchildren, Emily, Madelyn and Noah Whiteman; Kacie, Gage, Connor and Drew Harmon; Carolina Collingsworth; Isabella Rupp; 2 step-great-grandchildren; and many dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
