Donna Graves, age 86, passed away Thursday, April 7th, 2011 at Aspen Grove Assisted Living. She was born March 25th, 1925 in Toledo, Ohio and was the loving daughter of William and Stella Moebius. Donna was a graduate of DeVilbiss High School. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Harry L. Graves. She worked at Toledo Scales during World War II and later in the cafeteria at Whitmer High School.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kathy (Joseph) Casaletta; son, Chris (Tammara) Graves; grandchildren, Robert and Kevin Casaletta, Kristen (Billy) Metroff, Devin and Megan Graves; great-grandchildren, Mason Christopher and Avery Grace Metroff; sister, Wilma Beening; brother, Russ (Barb) Moebius; sisters-in-law, Betty Shook, Rose Covarrubias, Ruth Showalter, Sally Adams and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive guests Saturday from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
