Donna Lou Dupler, age 87, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Foundation Park Care Center, Toledo. She was born August 24, 1925, to Otto and Anastasia Klorer. Donna held various jobs, but her favorite job was being a wife and mother. She was an avid bowler, and Donna and Rudy volunteered for Road to Recovery. A dedicated and loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Donna will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by husband of 66 years, Rudolph "Rudy" Dupler; step mother, Gertrude Klorer; sisters, Florence, Anna Marie and Virginia; and brother, James Klorer. Donna is survived by her daughters, Sharon (Delbert) Moreland and Debbie (Paul) Babcock; grandson, Wayne Moreland and one great-grandson; and brother, Steve (Rosie) Klorer.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900) with Funeral Services beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will take place in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park at a later date.
