Donald R. Beach

Donald R."Ollie"Beach, age 63, of Erie, Michigan lost his courageous battle with cancer Monday, March 10, 2008 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born on December 18, 1944 to Harry and Gertrude (Noyes) Beach in Toledo, Ohio. Don was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was employed with GM Powertrain for over 31 years as a machine operator. Don will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Don is survived by his brothers: Jerry (Joyce) and Ken (Pat) Beach; caregiver and loving companion: Debbie Beach; family pets: parrot: Ernie B. and Boston Terrier: Baby Pooce; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive guests Wednesday from 4-8:00p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
