Donald L. "Don" Hurt, age 65 of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Mercy St. Anne Hospital. He was born September 7, 1946 to Ben and Adell (McGary) Hurt in Toledo. Don's pride and joy was his family, he truly enjoyed spending time with them.
He is survived by his mother, Adell; loving wife of 48 years, Julie (Wilkinson) Hurt; children, Don (Laurie) Hurt, Suzie Hurt, Veronica Hurt, Connie (Vince) Semler and Bob (Stacey) Hurt; grandchildren, Donny, Jordan, Vinnie, Hannah, Grace, Toby, Cindy and Noah; sisters, Shirley (Corwin) Starr, Shelba (Bill) Fisher, Brenda Ballmer and Sandy Paul and his buddy, Clancy. Preceding him in death was his father, Ben; brother-in-law, Jay Paul; nephew, Billy Fisher; mother and father-in-law, Justus and Elizabeth Wilkinson and sister-in-law, Anne Wilkinson.
Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Bethany Community Fellowship, 5757 Flanders Rd., Sylvania.
