Dolores F. Zaciewski, age 92, of Toledo, passed away May 22, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. Dolores was born April 30, 1926 in Toledo to Frank and Theodora (Szofer) Tomczak.
She is survived by her son, Gary R. (Sue) Zaciewski; two grandchildren, Janelle (Shawn) Rainey and Scott (Melissa) Zaciewski; three great grandchildren, Max and Ben Rainey and Cohen Zaciewski.
She was preceded by her husband Raymond J. Zaciewski; her parents, four brothers and six sisters.
In accordance to Dolores' wishes private services have been held. Newcomer NW Chapel (419-473-0300) assisted the family with arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Dolores' memory.
