Dolores V. Grycza, age 87, resident of Berkey, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Lakes of Sylvania. She was born on May 12, 1934, in Defiance, Ohio, to the late Emery and Virginia (Trask) Engel.
Dolores was a press operator, retiring from Toledo Stamping after 26 years. When she wasn't working, she enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, crocheting scarfs and blankets, and going to the Senior Center and taking trips and activities with them.
Those left to forever cherish her memory are her children, Larry (Maureen) James, Gary (Vickie) James, and Darlene (David) Dodd; seven grandchildren; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Darrel Engel, Howard Engel and William "Bill" Engel; and a sister, Nona Barney.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Grycza.
