Dianne L. Ewing

Dianne L. Ewing, age 58, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo with her loving family by her side. She was born on November 25, 1959 to Richard and Marceline (Robinette) Alt in Toledo. Dianne was employed with Anders Dermatology for the last 3 years. Before that she was employed with Job & Family Services for 15 years. Dianne loved entertaining with friends and family and having cookouts in their yard. She enjoyed camping and canoeing, playing computer games, ceramics and writing poetry. Dianne loved her fur babies, Scrappy and Snoopy. She graduated from Ross College in May 2017 and was very proud of this accomplishment. Dianne loved nothing more than spending time with her family, husband and especially her grandchildren.

Dianne is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 40 years, Donald Ewing; daughter, Michelle (Greg) Molter; grandsons, Corey, Luke and Brysen; father-in-law, Robert Ewing, Sr.; brother, Michael (Susan) Alt; sister, Ellen (Jeff) Bucher; in-laws, Sharon (Jim) Ball, Richard (Sherry) Ewing, Betty (Tom) Barron and Linda (Dan) Sherburne; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her son, Robert L. Ewing; sister, Judy McClain; brothers, Richard and Brian Alt; mother-in-law, Margaret Ewing; and brother-in-law, Robert Ewing, Jr.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 1 – 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Anders Dermatology and Hospice of Northwest Ohio for all of their love, care and support given to Dianne and her family; they were truly angels in disguise.
