Dianna L. Farnsworth, age 68, of Toledo, passed away October 11, 2018 at Flower Hospital. Dianna was born February 14, 1950 in Toledo, she was the daughter of Michael and Geraldine (Geer) Way. She enjoyed raising cocker spaniels, crocheting, internet gaming, playing bingo, bowling, and most of all taking photos and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Donald R. Farnsworth, Sr.; children, Tamara L. (Ron, Sr.) Woods, Tracy L. (Yassine) Amami, Donald R. Farnsworth, Jr., Tanya A. Farnsworth, Nicole Gulau; sister, Kim Way-Packo; grandchildren, Hanneen (Justine), Kassim, Rico (Katie), Mikey, Keenan, Emilee, Adam, Brianna, Seth and Layla; step grandchildren, Ronnie, Austin and Ryan; great grandchildren, Jacobe, Jay, Jayce, Aliyah and step great grandchild, Royce.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two grandchildren, Baby Farnsworth; sisters, Debbie Simpson and Yvonne Booth.
The family will receive guests Monday, October 15, 2018 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 10:00 am. at the funeral home followed by burial at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
