Dennis Weigel

Dennis Weigel, age 73, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the Toledo Hospital. He was born on March 25, 1947 to Robert and LaVerne (Davis) Weigel in Toledo. Dennis graduated from Start High School. He attended and graduated from the University of Toledo. Dennis was a math teacher at Clay High School where he retired from after over 20 years. He owned Glass City Magic and worked as a magician in Toledo and the surrounding areas for many years. Dennis was an animal lover. He also had a passion for music and played the piano and guitar. Dennis' smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Dennis left to cherish his memory his loving wife of 39 years, Mary-Alyce Weigel; step-daughter, Kathleen (Thomas) Starling; 3 grandchildren; and many dear friends.

A Celebration of Life for Dennis will be held at a later date. Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
