Denny died peacefully at Darlington House where he had been for several years. He was born to James and Donna Douglas. Denny was raised in the family business, Douglas Fence and he became a salesman for the second family business, Terrain Fence Co. Later, his love of art lead him to achieve a degree from Davis College. One of his drawings was shown in the Toledo Museum of Art and actually caused such a controversy that it had to be removed from the showing. Denny will be remembered for his easy going nature and love of animals.
Denny leaves behind his brother, James (Sandy); nieces, Tara and Meagan; nephew, Jamie (Denise); great nephews, Xavier, Liam and great niece, Zoe. Also leaving behind several cousins.
The family would like to thank his cousin, LeeAnn Hall for her continuous visits that she made with Denny. She brought him his favorite foods, puzzles, books and always remembering him on his birthday and Christmas. He appreciated it all.
At Denny's request he will be cremated with a graveside service at Toledo Memorial Park at a later date.
