Denis D. Ritter

Denis D. "Deny" Ritter, age 75, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Friday, May 5, 2017 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born on December 12, 1941 to Forest and Glenda Ritter in Napolean, Ohio. Deny was a veteran of the U.S Marine Corp. He enjoyed hunting, riding motorcycles and was avid outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Deny is survived by his children, Geri (Joe) Leonard, Doug Ritter, Michael (Shannon) Ritter and Brandy (Chris) Hollingsworth; 10 granddaughters, Nicole, Courtney and Taylor Leonard; Megan Ritter and Mandi Ritter; Leha Hodge, Madisyn Hollingsworth, Lillyann Hodge, Brook and Payden Hollingsworth; and many dear friends.

There will be no visitation or services for Deny per his request. The Newcomer Funeral Home – NW Chapel (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
